ATTENTION RESIDENTS!!!

There have been a lot of calls the past week about residents not receiving their water bills in the mail. The water bills were sent out to every resident that has consumed any amount of water. Once the Water Department submits the bills for printing, it is then in the hands of the printing company and the United States Postal Service. We do apologize for any inconvenience or frustration that this may cause.

Here are a few things to do if this happens to you:

  • Call the Water Department directly to get your bill amount.
    • YOU DO NOT HAVE TO HAVE YOUR PHYSICAL BILL TO PAY YOUR WATER BILL!
    • Make sure the mailing address is correct on your account, especially if you are a landlord or live out of town.

  • Check with the Post Office to see if they have seen the bills in their office.
  • Check with your neighbors to see if they accidentally received your bill.
